After training at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy in 2011, I honed my skills in Michelin-awarded restaurants, private family homes, luxury ski chalets, and summer villas across the UK, France, and the USA. These diverse experiences shaped my ability to craft tailored menus that truly delight my clients.
In 2019, I moved my private chef services to the French Riviera, drawn by its exceptional local produce—vibrant vegetables, fresh seafood, and fragrant herbs. My cooking style is instinctively light and healthy, ideal for warm summer months, but always adaptable to your preferences. Whether you’re gluten-free, vegan, keto, craving French classics, or prefer Ottolenghi-style cuisine, I create dishes that suit your tastes using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.
