  • What’s included in a Private Chef Service?

    My private chef service is designed to support clients throughout their stay and typically includes:

    • Personalised menu planning
    • Ingredient sourcing from trusted suppliers and local markets
    • Meal preparation and service
    • Kitchen organisation and cleaning following service

    For smaller households and groups (typically up to 10 guests), I personally plate and clear meals to maintain a seamless dining experience.

    Additional services such as extended catering or specialist event support can sometimes be arranged depending on availability.

  • What Length of Booking Do You Usually Accept?

    My services are primarily designed for multi-day and extended bookings, allowing menus and meal schedules to be fully personalised and consistent.

    During peak summer months (June–August), I generally work longer term bookings i.e 1 week plus.

  • Do You Provide Breakfast Service?

    Yes, I can provide breakfast servive as part of extended villa and residential bookings, particularly within my primary service area around Nice and the Côte d’Azur.

    I typically structure breakfast service as part of multi-day or long-term household arrangements.

  • Who Pays for Groceries?

    For extended bookings, I purchase ingredients separately to provide full transparency and flexibility.

    I usually request a grocery float and provide receipts and expenditure summaries throughout your stay. This allows clients to retain full control over ingredient quality and budget.

  • Where Do You Source Ingredients?

    I work with trusted local markets, fishmongers, butchers, and specialist suppliers across the Côte d’Azur and surrounding regions.

    When seasonal markets are not available, I use premium suppliers to maintain consistent quality standards.

  • How Many Guests Can You Cater For?

    My service works best for households and groups of up to 10 guests, allowing me to provide highly personalised dining and service.

    For larger groups or special events, I can sometimes arrange additional staffing or catering support depending on your requirements.

  • Do You Handle Special Diets Like Gluten-Free, Keto or Vegan?

    Yes. I have extensive experience preparing meals for a wide range of dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, and medically guided dietary plans.

    I carefully design menus to ensure meals remain balanced, enjoyable, and suitable throughout your stay.

    Yes. I regularly prepare meals for families and adapt menus to suit children’s tastes while maintaining balanced, high-quality meals.

  • Can You Provide Meals for Household or Villa Staff?

    Yes. I frequently prepare staff meals alongside household dining and can incorporate this into your service proposal.

  • Where Do You Provide Private Chef Services?

    I am based in Nice and primarily provide private chef services across the Côte d’Azur and Monaco, supporting households, villas, and private residences with long-term and extended in-residence dining.

    My background also includes experience working within private households in the French Alps during extended winter residences, which has strengthened my approach to structured, long-term residential service.

    I occasionally accept extended residential placements elsewhere in France for repeat clients, depending on duration and service structure.

  • How Far in Advance Should I Book?

    For peak summer and winter seasons, I recommend booking several months in advance. For off-peak periods, availability may be more flexible depending on scheduling.

  • Do You Bring Your Own Cooking Equipment?

    I primarily use the equipment available within your kitchen, while also travelling with essential professional tools to ensure consistent service standards.

  • What Do You Require Before Service Begins?

    I find it helpful when the kitchen is generally tidy and dishwashers are emptied prior to arrival.

    For larger households or extended stays, access to dedicated refrigerator or storage space is beneficial.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    I outline cancellation terms in your service agreement, and they vary depending on booking length and timing. I provide full details during the booking process.

  • Do You Accept One-Night Bookings?

    I primarily structure my services around multi-day and extended placements, allowing me to provide fully personalised menus and consistent dining.

    Shorter bookings may occasionally be possible depending on availability and location.

  • Do You Offer Long-Term or Household Chef Services?
