Designed for households staying for a week, a month, or longer, my service includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, daily meal preparation, and kitchen management. This ensures consistent, high-quality dining throughout your service period

Getting started:
I begin each booking with a detailed consultation via phone, Zoom, or email to understand your preferences, dietary requirements, household routines, and length of stay. I then prepare a personalised service proposal outlining your dining schedule and service structure.
Prior to your arrival or service start date, I reconnect to finalise menus, confirm dietary requirements, and adjust plans where necessary.

How it works
Initial Enquiry
Begin by completing my contact form with details about your stay, including location, dates, number of guests, and preferred dining schedule. I respond promptly to discuss your requirements in more detail.l.
Consultation & Proposal
Following our discussion, I prepare a personalised service proposal based on your length of stay, meal requirements, and household preferences. This ensures everything is clearly defined before service begins.
Booking Confirmation
Once you confirm the proposal, I secure your dates. Before the start of service, I reconnect to finalise menus, dietary requirements, and any schedule adjustments.
Length of booking
My services are best suited to multi-day and extended bookings, allowing me to deliver fully personalised menus and consistent dining.
During summer (June–August), I generally focus on bookings of four days or longer. At other times of year, shorter bookings may occasionally be possible, though I always prioritise extended stays.
How I charge
My service fee covers menu planning, ingredient sourcing, meal preparation, kitchen organisation, cleaning, and travel within approximately 35 km of Nice. TVA is applied at the standard rate (10%).
For extended and multi-day bookings, ingredients are purchased separately to provide full transparency and flexibility. I typically request a grocery float, with receipts and expenditure summaries provided weekly.
I invoice for chef services weekly or monthly, depending on the length of placement.
Dietary Needs & Preference
I have extensive experience designing menus for a wide range of dietary requirements, allergies, and nutritional preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, and medically guided dietary plans.
Every menu is carefully tailored to each client, ensuring meals remain balanced, enjoyable, and suited to individual health needs throughout their stay.
Consistency and attention to detail are essential when managing dietary requirements, particularly for family households.
Before I arrive
To ensure a smooth start to service, I ask that the kitchen is generally tidy and that dishwashers are emptied prior to arrival. This allows me to organise ingredients, equipment, and preparation efficiently.
For larger households or groups, access to a dedicated refrigerator or storage space for chef use is highly beneficial and helps maintain consistent organisation throughout your stay.
